Concrete Cleaning Pressure Washing Service

Concrete Cleaning is a great solution for curb appeal improvement. For the price, few services will brighten up a home like a clean driveway and walks. However, Concrete Cleaning should be done correctly. Not all pressure washing services are equipped to do this correctly. With the exception of the corners and tight spaces, a surface cleaner should be used to clean concrete, brick and pavers. A surface cleaner evenly distributes pressure to a greater area than just a wand, and doesn't remove the surface cream.

EQUIPMENT

 Most residential concrete is between 3000 and 4000 psi. This means, a typical pressure washer wand is delivering enough psi to tear the smooth cream away from the surface. This cannot be undone. We only use 2700 psi to clean concrete with a treatment after to ensure a perfect, clean finish. 

SLIPPERY CONCRETE

Is your concrete slippery when it rains? If so, it can only get worse until its cleaned. We can blame this on algae. It must be killed off! See the picture at the top of this page? Yours truly slipped on that and hit the ground hard before it was cleaned. (It was probably funny to watch though)

ASPHALT DRIVEWAYS

Asphalt driveways are a moss magnet. Brightside pressure Wash can take care of asphalt drives the same as concrete! 

COST

 Heavy moss will require more time and product, adding to cost. Substrates in poor repair (broken slabs or asphalt) are hard on equipment and may cost more. As always, estimates are FREE!
